四、英文毕业演讲稿
B级不过能毕业，可以拿毕业证的。
国家教育部没有明文规定毕业证书和外语等级挂钩，也就是说只要你全部课程考试成绩合格的就可以正常毕业。但是有某些专业对外语等级是有硬性规定的，这个就必须过，例如商务英语，应用外语。
英语B级是大专院校才考的证书，本科院校是直接考四六级。四六级难度高于B级，而且四六级证书和学位证书挂钩，如果考不过就没有学位证书。
五、英文毕业演讲稿小学
大学本科毕业，对于英语水平并没有一个统一的标准，因人而异，教育部也并没有规定大学本科毕业英语要达到什么水平，有些学校可能会要求学生过四级才能毕业，有些学校也是大学英语可能不挂科就能毕业。
所以大学本科毕业生的英语水平因人而异，有非常优秀的也有很菜的，很优秀的人可能过了英语专业八级，考了雅思托福托业，考了口译笔译等证书，很菜的就是英语课程都是补考才通过的。
对英语感兴趣就会很努力的去学习，把学英语当日常生活的一部分。我本科有个朋友，还是专升本的，他不是英语专业，但是对英语非常感兴趣，买了很多英语资料，看很多英语文学和小说，上厕所都拿着一本China daily在看，他是我朋友圈里学英语最疯狂的人，大学期间英语目标都不是六级这种，他参加了很多答应比赛，省级国家级的都拿奖了，还拿到了笔译证，最后是跨专业考研考上上海外国语大学，硕士期间导师派他去德国交流两年，现在就职于人民日报海外版。在排名六七百开外的本科学校，他是顶级优秀的英语大神。
也有觉得英语很有用，以后一定要用到而不得不学的人，比如要出国留学就是雅思托福的水平，考研的也得考英语，可能是六级的水平。
当然还有英语专业的人，这些人的水平当然比大部分非英语专业的人要高，最起码过六级，好的就是专四、专八及以上水平。
当然，本科毕业生的英语水平还和毕业学校的学习风气有关，我的本科毕业学校全国排名六七百开外的学校，像我这种非英语专业的班级，过四级的学生大概三分之一，过六级的寥寥无几；英语专业的学生基本过了六级，部分过了专四，过专八的寥寥无几。而我读研时候所接触的靠前的一本和比较顶尖985学校毕业生英语水平会好很多。一本学生应该大部分都在刚过六级的水平，而顶尖985的毕业生大部分都是高分过六级，就是550以上的分数过六级，都考托业托福雅思之类。
以上观点只是个人经验观察，还请批评指正，英语真的非常重要，学历越高越重要，所以要努力学习英语。
